Where is Madero Grill House?
At Calle Enrique Villar 15, right in the centre of Murcia.
When does it open?
We open in October 2026. Everyone on the pre-booking list hears the exact date first.
What kind of restaurant is it?
A premium Argentine steakhouse: meats chargrilled over wood and charcoal on a brick-built grill, with exclusive cuts from Paco Rosa and tables made for sharing.
Which cuts are on the menu?
Outside skirt steak, cross-cut short ribs, sirloin, flank, bone-in ribeye from mature cows aged for over 21 days, tomahawk, T-bone, picanha and fillet.
How do I book?
Join the pre-booking list for free. When we open you'll get your personal link to choose your day and time before anyone else, and your table comes with a welcome drink on the house.
Which days and times are you open?
Wednesday to Sunday, with two lunch sittings (13:00 and 15:00) and two dinner sittings (20:00 and 22:00). There are 35 seats per sitting.
Are there gluten-free or vegetarian options?
Yes. The menu marks gluten-free and vegan dishes, and allergens are confirmed with the kitchen at your table.
