Where is Madero Grill House?
At Calle Enrique Villar 15, right in the centre of Murcia.
When do you open?
We're open: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and Thursday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. Closed on Mondays.
What kind of restaurant is it?
A premium grill house: the best from every corner of the world, chargrilled over charcoal and wood, on a visible brick-built grill. Cuts from Paco Rosa, one of the region's leading suppliers, selected by the Madero Grill Team, and a team that guides you through every choice.
Which cuts are on the menu?
Outside skirt steak, cross-cut short ribs, sirloin, flank, bone-in ribeye from mature cows aged for 40 to 60 days, tomahawk, T-bone, picanha and fillet.
How do I book?
Right here: leave your details, pick a day and time and get your confirmation straight away, with a welcome drink on the house. We assign the table.
Do I have to pay anything to book?
No. When you book, you leave your card as a guarantee with one tap (Apple Pay, Google Pay or card) and you are not charged anything. Only if you don't show up or cancel less than 24 hours in advance is €10 per guest charged, and we always email you first. If the booking is within 5 days, that €10 per guest is held on your card (it shows as pending but is not charged) and is released automatically if you come or cancel in time.
Which days and hours?
Tuesday and Wednesday: dinner 20:00–00:00. Thursday to Sunday: lunch 13:00–16:00 and dinner 20:00–00:00. Closed Monday.
Are there gluten-free or vegetarian options?
Yes. The menu marks gluten-free and vegan dishes, and allergens are confirmed with the kitchen at your table.
